1. Creating an account and logging in

Go to okdigital.pt and click "I want my website". Fill in your name, email and phone, choose a plan (Base or Pro) and accept the terms. Within seconds you receive an email with your login details and a temporary password.

1. Open the "Thank you for joining" email (check spam if it doesn't arrive).
2. Click the Backoffice link and log in with your email and temporary password.
3. Change your password on first login, under "Settings".

💡 The backoffice is your control panel — photos, properties, texts and colours are all managed there.

2. Setting up your page

In the backoffice menu, open "My Settings":

• Profile photo — professional, front-facing, good light.
• Bio — 2-3 paragraphs about you: experience, area, what sets you apart. Write in one language; the platform translates automatically.
• Working area — e.g. "Lisbon, Cascais". Helps Google show you to people searching there.
• Colours and theme — pick your main colour and background.
• Contacts and social — phone, WhatsApp (creates a direct button), Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Specialties — comma-separated keywords, read by Google and AIs.

Full design customisation:

• Design template — choose from 17 complete styles with different structures (light and dark, classic, commercial and editorial). Base includes 3; Pro includes them all.
• Advanced colours — besides the main colour and background, set the colour of text, headings, cards, buttons, top bar and footer. Leave empty to use the template colour.
• Photo position in the hero — right, left or centred (round photo).
• Section order — use the ▲▼ arrows to reorganise the page sections (Properties, About, Reviews, FAQ, Contact…) and untick any you want to hide.

Click Save and open your page to check the result.

3. Adding properties

1. Go to "My Properties" → "Add Property".
2. Fill in the title (e.g. "3-Bedroom Apartment with River View"), price, location, area, bedrooms and bathrooms.
3. Write a detailed description: condition, rooms, extras, neighbourhood.
4. Choose sale or rental.
5. Add photos (next section) and click Save. Translation into 5 languages is automatic.

4. Photos: upload, paste and reorder

Three ways to add photos:

• Choose files — select several at once.
• Drag & drop — drag photos into the field.
• Paste (Ctrl+V) — copy an image anywhere and use the paste button.

Photos are compressed and uploaded automatically in small batches — 20 photos at once is fine; a progress bar shows the status.

Reorder and cover: when editing a property, drag photos to reorder. The first photo is always the cover. Click "Save order".

💡 Use 5+ photos per property: façade, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, view.

5. Featured properties

When creating or editing a property you can mark it as "Featured". Featured properties appear first on your page with a star; the first one is shown large.

6. Client messages (leads)

1. You receive an immediate email with the client's details and message.
2. The client gets an automatic confirmation in their language.
3. The message is stored in the backoffice under "Messages".

Direct contacts count too: when a visitor clicks the phone, WhatsApp or email buttons on your page or properties, that click is recorded as a lead in your statistics (📞 💬 ✉️), anonymously and cookie-free. You see real interest even when the client calls instead of writing.

💡 Reply within hours — response speed is the no. 1 factor in converting leads.

7. The 5 automatic languages

You write everything once. The platform automatically translates your bio and property texts into English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. Visitors switch language at the top of your page. Nothing to configure.

8. Own domain (Pro plan)

With Pro you get your own web address — e.g. www.yourname.com.

1. On the Base plan? Click "⭐ Upgrade to Pro" in the backoffice menu, choose the Pro plan and pay by card — the plan is active instantly.
2. Then, under "Own Domain", add your domain and hosting credentials. Whenever you update your page or properties, click "Synchronise" — your site updates in seconds (or enable auto-sync).
3. Your domain gets full SEO: its own sitemap, robots and llms.txt, read by Google and AIs.

Domain registration and hosting: not included in the subscription — you choose where to host (your server or ours, from €49/year). Personalised email: an email with your domain (e.g. name@yourname.com) — ask us by email and we send you the setup details.

💡 If you change agency, the domain and site go with you. They are yours.

9. Subscription, free trial and billing

When you create your account you get a 14-day free trial on the Base plan — no card required. Whenever you want, go to "Subscription & Payments", choose the plan (Base or Pro), monthly or yearly, and pay securely by card (Stripe). The card is only requested at that point.

• You can pay during the 14 days to start right away, or wait until the trial ends.
• After 14 days, if you don't activate a plan, access is locked until you subscribe — your page and data are kept safe.
• Renewal is automatic each month/year; you receive the invoice-receipt by email on every charge.
• Cancel anytime in "Manage subscription" — no lock-in; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• For billing, fill in your VAT number and email (national or foreign with country prefix, e.g. ES B12345678).

🏢 Agency discount: if you belong to an agency with an okdigital.pt agreement, we can apply a discount to your subscription. The discounted price then shows on the Subscription page and is the amount charged and invoiced. Contact us at ok@okdigital.pt.

10. Monthly report

At the start of each month you receive an automatic email summarising the previous month: page visits, contacts received (messages plus phone/WhatsApp/email clicks), most-viewed property and visitor languages. No setup needed.

11. Tips to appear on Google

• Fill in your bio and working area in detail.
• Use descriptive property titles.
• Publish all your properties — more content = more visibility.
• Share your link on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and your email signature.

12. Common issues

• No signup email — check spam; otherwise contact us.
• Forgot password — email us and we'll send a new one.
• Page doesn't show changes — press Ctrl+Shift+R. On your own domain, click "Synchronise" first.
• Photos slow to upload — normal with many photos; don't close the window.
