Terms of Service

1. The Service

okdigital.pt (the "Platform") provides real estate consultants with a personal web page, a property-management backoffice, automatic content translation, SEO/AEO features and, on applicable plans, synchronisation to the client's own domain. Available features depend on the subscribed plan — namely, the Base plan includes 3 design templates and the Pro plan includes the full template collection, plus own domain, personalised email and unlimited properties, as described on the pricing page.

2. Account and Eligibility

Registration is intended for real estate professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. The account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Trial and Payments

New accounts include a 14-day free trial, no card required. Continued use afterwards requires a paid plan. Current prices are those published on the homepage. Payment is made by card, with the subscription renewing automatically (monthly or yearly); it may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. okdigital.pt may, at its discretion and by agreement, grant agency discounts or special conditions to consultants associated with partner agencies; where applicable, the discounted amount shown in the subscription area is the amount charged and invoiced. Such discounts are personal, non-transferable and may be changed or discontinued upon notice.

4. User Content

The consultant retains ownership of published content (photos, texts, property data) and warrants having the necessary rights. The consultant authorises the Platform to host, reproduce and translate such content solely to provide the service, including publication to the consultant's own domain.

5. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to publish unlawful or misleading content or content infringing third-party rights; to use the Platform for spam; or to attempt to compromise the security of the service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Own Domain and Hosting

Own-domain registration and website hosting on a server are NOT included in the subscription — they are separate services, contracted and paid for separately with the relevant domain/hosting provider. The client is free to choose where to host the website: they may use their own server or a hosting provider of their choice, or opt for the okdigital.pt server at a reference price of €49 per year (plus VAT), paid as domain + hosting. Domain registration and ownership always remain the client's responsibility. The Platform only publishes generated content to the location indicated by the client (via FTP/SFTP/API) using credentials provided by the client, stored encrypted.

7. Availability and Support

The Platform is provided "as is", aiming for continuous availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. We perform regular backups and provide email support on business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. The Platform is not a party to any real estate transactions concluded by the consultant.

9. Termination

The client may close the account at any time. After closure, content is deleted within 30 days unless legal retention obligations apply. The Platform may terminate accounts violating these Terms.

10. Changes and Governing Law

These Terms may be updated; material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Portuguese law applies; courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
